   Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using WOVEN ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the App.

   Use of the App WOVEN is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

   Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of WOVEN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

   User Content Any content you submit, upload, or generate through the App remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant WOVEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

   Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.

   Subscriptions and Payments Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. All charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

   Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WOVEN does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

   Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOVEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

   Third-Party Services The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. WOVEN is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services, and we encourage you to review their terms independently.

    Modifications to the App WOVEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

    Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
