Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data WOVEN collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

    What We Collect When you use WOVEN, we may collect the information you provide during setup (such as your name, goals, or preferences), session data and app usage patterns, device information (model, operating system, language), and anonymous analytics to help us improve the app.

    What We Don't Collect We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to your use of the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.

    How We Use Your Data Your data is used to generate personalised sessions, affirmations, and content within the app, to track your streaks and progress, and to improve WOVEN through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

    AI Processing Your inputs (such as goals and intentions) are processed by AI to generate personalised content. This data may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not use your personal inputs to train AI models.

    Data Storage Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Session data is stored locally on your device and on secure cloud servers. You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

    Third-Party Services WOVEN may use third-party services for analytics (e.g. PostHog, Mixpanel), AI content generation (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), crash reporting, and App Store payment processing via Apple. These services have their own privacy policies.

    Children WOVEN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

    Your Rights You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, opt out of analytics, and export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wovenaffirmations.com.

    Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

    Changes We may update this policy. Continued use of WOVEN after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes within the app.
